General Information

Admission Information

The International Center for Intercultural Exchange (IC) evaluates applications to the Siena Italian Studies Program (SIS) on a rolling admissions basis. Once the application has been processed, students will be contacted soon after regarding acceptance. Students should be sure to discuss their course selection, applicability of financial aid and credit transfer details with their home institution prior to departure.

The IC will issue a SIS transcript with students' final grades; this does not, however, guarantee transfer of credit to the home institution. If a student must have a transcript from an accredited U.S. institution, the IC and SIS has an affiliation agreement with Portland State University and, therefore, PSU can process SIS transcripts upon request (extra fees may apply).

To apply, please submit the application form and the housing questionnaire by clicking on the following links. *Please note that your information cannot be saved in the forms so each form must be completed in one sitting.
